1. The basics

Welcome to Ben's Bars Shop ("Ben's Bars", "we", "us"). By browsing, buying, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated from time to time and the latest version always applies.

2. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices and product details may change without notice. Payment is processed at checkout in the displayed currency.

3. Shipping & returns

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Because our bars are perishable food products, opened items cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.

4. User-uploaded videos & content

When you upload, submit, or otherwise provide any video, image, review, or other content to Ben's Bars Shop (including through our shoppable video features), you grant Ben's Bars Shop a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works from that content, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose Ben's Bars Shop sees fit — including marketing, advertising, product promotion, social media, and commercial use — without any further notice, attribution, approval, or compensation to you.

You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that everyone appearing in it has consented to this use.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All branding, logos, product names, photography, and site content (other than user-submitted content) are the property of Ben's Bars Shop and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Our products are food, not medicine. Information on this site is for general purposes and isn't medical or nutritional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ben's Bars Shop's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ben's Bars Shop is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
